If any information is found to be incorrect, or if the concerned business owner does not authorize the person posting, this should be brought to the attention of website management through the “contact us” web form. The person raising the issue must establish sufficient credentials proving they are the true business owner or an authorized representative. Upon verification, the suggested changes will be implemented by the website management.

1. By filling out the listing form, the business owner also consents to receive emails from website management with content about new services, promotional offers, or any other matters related to website operation and business listing.

1. Only one listing will be allowed for one business. Multiple listings for each city where the company has offices or establishments will not be permitted. In such cases, only the city mentioned in the address of the first form submitted will be chosen for publication. Similarly, various products or services will be listed within one catalog only. However, the company’s catalog will be displayed in the search results for all the products/services published in that catalog.

1. In the case of free listings, the older listing date will be considered the listing date for repeated submission of business details, and subsequent details will be rejected. To revise/update details in a business catalog already listed, the details should be emailed to info@listlocalservices.com, specifying the fields that need to be changed.

1. The management of the website does not guarantee any specific number of conversions, buyer actions, impressions viewed, website traffic, or uptime for the website for any listing package, whether free or paid. These metrics can vary with business conditions and take any value for any particular period, as all the factors are not within the control of website management. In no case will claims highlighting deviations in any of these or any other parameters be considered a reason for refunding money paid for any paid category listings, such as the Gold package or any other paid package introduced in the future.

1. Change in pricing: The prices of various categories of listing services may be changed from time to time, depending on business requirements. In all such cases, website management will fix a date for the applicability of the changed prices. For all listings made before that date, the price before the change will remain applicable until the expiry date of the existing paid service. Afterward, renewal must be done by paying the changed prices. From 12.08.2021, the subscription rate for the “Gold” package listing for six months and 12 months duration will be Rs 600 and Rs 1200 respectively, plus taxes at applicable rates, until further changes are made.

1. Unibloom Infolinks LLP reserves the exclusive right to reject, in its sole discretion and without assigning any reason whatsoever, any proposal submitted using the listing form available on the website’s homepage for listing any product or service and publishing a business catalog.

1. For any paid listing canceled for any reason, the concerned business owner will receive a refund only to the extent of the amount paid for the remaining valid subscription period. Such refunds will be processed within 15 days of cancellation by cheque or online transfer to the account of the concerned business owner.

1. For featured category listing packages, such as the Gold package, catalog boxes displaying business names and logos/images will be shown in the featured listing area of the homepage until the allocated space is filled. Listings will be displayed from left to right and then from top to bottom based on the seniority of the listing, determined by the date and time the listing form is submitted for approval. Once the allocated space on the homepage is filled, subsequent listings will be displayed on inner pages accessible through a “view more” button.

1. In the case of paid listing packages such as the Gold package, after the expiry of the package term, the business owner can subscribe for another package term (6 months or 12 months) and so on. In such cases, the business catalog box will be displayed in the featured category based on the seniority as per the renewal date of the package, as if the business is joining the package for the first time.

1. Website management may offer discounts on paid listing packages occasionally for promotion. The discount amount and rate offered will be mentioned in the invoice issued to the business owner.

Liability

In case of termination of the listing/Cessation, you will be refunded the amount paid for listing by you, after deducting on a pro-rata basis, any amount chargeable for the period for which the listing service has already been availed. No interest will be payable for the balance amount, which is refunded if the refund is done within one month of the stoppage of displaying the listing on the website www.listlocalservices.com.

Governing Law, Jurisdiction

This website originates from Kolkata, West Bengal, India. The laws of West Bengal will govern this agreement without regard to its conflict of law principles. Courts at Kolkata shall have exclusive jurisdiction on all matters and disputes arising from the website listlocalservices.com.
